Caleb Gaston, M.D. founded our clinic in 2013 with a vision of what your medical home should be. 

• Peak Quality Care:   Where the "Apex" came from.  We should offer the best care possible, with an emphasis on quality choices for your wellness and needs.  We should strive to be the first place you think of with any medical problems or questions.

• Accessible:    The clinic should make plenty of same day visits available for sick or urgent visits in most cases.  This should allow you to be easily seen when the need arises.  Your messages should be handled promptly the same way.  You should be able to get answers to urgent issues quickly, even on the weekend.

• Convenient:  Your time should be valued, and your physician should strive to be on time as much as possible.  Our clinic should be such an example of convenience, that a walk-in clinic is not even an option.​  ​  ​​We are close to you near Rogers and Bentonville just off of I-49 in the Village on the Creeks.
